Novak Djokovic lost.  I watched and worked on some stuff on my computer.  My old lady yoga took over an hour to upload and wasn't finished before the match ended.  Wimbledon has been a blur.

I really like this workout because I really really really wish is crushed it. But, I'm only going to do it one more time.  This is one of many #AliKamenova workouts that I have done over the years and felt like I should do it over an over...Well, now I am doing just that with 15 preselected videos..  But I think this was the 3rd of 4th time for this one, so only one more and then I will move on to the next.

From our perspective, students and teachers tend to have more than a few days of kicking back at the end of the school year, knowing with great relief that another school year is delivering another graduating class. What is my advice to high school seniors? Think of life like those last couple weeks of high school. It's finished. You know you have grown from a little kid who can't skip to a young adult who is ready to go out into the world to work or go off to college chewing gum and walking straight at the same time.
